hi, friends!

Jacqueline Wills is a Philadelphia based Artist, Facilitator, Creative Director, and the Founder of &arts. She grew up in the DC area, and started training in the performing arts at the age of four. She was enrolled in dance and voice lessons, participated in school and community theater, took piano lessons, attended acting and modeling workshops, and spent her summers at theater intensives. She navigated the world of auditions and agents, and pursued any chance that came her way. Her childhood led her to some incredible opportunities including,  performing in the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage series, representation by Linda Townsend Management, and working with the best talent in the DC area: Tony Award Winning Signature Theatre, Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, and The National Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts. Jacqueline Wills holds a BA in Theater with a Directing concentration from Columbia College Chicago with a Minor in Live and Performing Arts Management. Previously, she studied Social Work and Cultural Studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. During her time at Chatham she took classes in psychology, social work, sociology, film, race, gender, and drama therapy.

Jacqueline's entrepreneurial spirit helped her create her own path: from revamping a drama club for students on her college campus, producing and directing her own work in both Pittsburgh and Chicago, acting in student films, internships in education and programming, to assistant directing faculty productions and working professionally in the Chicago theater scene. Jacqueline has worked in many corners of the entertainment industry: marketing, development, administration, dramaturgy, production, casting, management, new works, and more. Jacqueline has been very lucky to work with some amazing talent in Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Philadelphia including: CMU School of Drama, Chatham U Media Arts, Gemini Children's Theatre, Pittsburgh Film Office, The Goodman Theatre, Raven Theatre, The Den Theatre, Simantikos Dance Chicago, The Chicago International Film Festival, The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, and Philadelphia Film Society. Jacqueline uses her 18+ years of experience in the entertainment industry to serve artists and creatives of all types. She is passionate about guiding artists and creatives on their path, helping them discover their way of being, and giving them the support and tools they need to create their dream life through creative coaching and direction.

Yeah. I know. When I heard this term, I was like: "This isn't real. How is this a thing? This is a joke, right?" But, when I learned more about what Creative Coaching was exactly, I realized that this is what I have been doing...for years. Whether working on creative collaborations, directing theatre, or teaching workshops, I am always using elements of Creative Coaching.

develop your (internal + external) creative process
 unlock your creative potential
 overcome creativity blocks
translate your creative vision into strategy, action steps, + projects

define your creative goals
create movements to achieve those goals
explore through your medium
provide you with tips/tricks/ideas around a current pain point
do feedback sessions on your work

portfolio + website development
defining your social media presence + strategy
implementing creative + career strategy
moving through creativity blocks + imposter syndrome
learning how to sell yourself as a creative
...and more!

My approach to Creative Coaching is influenced by my background in Theatre and Social Work. It is drama therapy adjacent, and full of exploration, the right questions, and creative expression.

 creative entrepreneur craving accountability,
strategy, and community?

Are you someone who has always wanted to do things differently?

achievable and fun?

Gain the community and support needed to achieve your creative ambitions by joining a Creative Coaching program.
